W dniu 21 maja Muzeum Literatury odwiedziła dr Andreja Rihter, prezeska Stowarzyszenia Szlak Kobiet Pisarek (Women Writers Route) i dyrektorka Forum of Slavic Cultures w Ljubljanie. Szlak Kobiet Pisarek jest jednym ze szlaków kulturowych Rady Europy. Ukazuje życie i twórczość europejskich pisarek przełomu XIX i XX wieku, pozwalając poznać zarówno historie życia wybitnych kobiet, jak i społeczne oraz historyczne uwarunkowania tworzonej przez nie literatury. Promuje także działania ukazujące dziedzictwo kulturowo-literackie i językowe w nowym kontekście, wspiera również rozwój partycypacyjnego podejścia do dziedzictwa literackiego i społecznego. Muzeum Literatury im. Adama Mickiewicza uczestniczy w działaniach Szlaku Kobiet Pisarek, przedstawiając międzynarodowej publiczności postać i twórczość Marii Konopnickiej, której 184 urodziny obchodzić będziemy 23 maja.
Podczas spotkania z wicedyrektorem Muzeum Literatury Adamem Kowalskim dr Rihter omówiła możliwości dalszej współpracy i rozwoju projektu, a następnie zwiedziła wystawę poświęconą Marii Konopnickiej, przygotowaną przez Katarzynę Jakimiak.
On May 21, Dr. Andreja Rihter, president of the Women Writers Route Association and director of the Forum of Slavic Cultures in Ljubljana, visited the Museum of Literature. The Women Writers Route is one of the Council of Europe’s cultural routes. It highlights the lives and works of European women writers at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, providing insights into both the life stories of these remarkable women and the social and historical contexts of the literature they created. It also promotes activities that present cultural, literary, and linguistic heritage in a new context and supports the development of a participatory approach to literary and social heritage. The Adam Mickiewicz Museum of Literature participates in the activities of the Women Writers Route, introducing the international public to the figure and work of Maria Konopnicka, whose 184th birthday we will celebrate on May 23.
During her meeting with Adam Kowalski, deputy director of the Museum of Literature, Dr. Rihter discussed opportunities for further collaboration and the project’s development, and then visided the exhibition on Maria Konopnicka, curated by Katarzyna Jakimiak.
